Not sure why I'm writing this entry, I guess getting thoughts down on paper (or the internet) is how I get rid of boredom? I don't know. Stuff is going well enough. It is almost my final semester of high school. It was an easier ride than middle school, but four years of high school is making me weary. Good thing senior second semester doesn't really matter. I've applied to 6 colleges, unfortunately I haven't gotten in yet. I'm not that stressed though, I'll get in somewhere. I like to think that I have considerably progressed as a musician. I am drumming in multiple bands; I'm a co-president in my school's brand-new Music Performance Club

Its Easter! And, of course, Spring Break. Superb! So now I just feel like typing up some crap. - 3.4 third quarter GPA. Could be better, but I ain't complaining - New China Cymbal! Its a Stagg, so it was only about 75 bucks or so, but I like it. That brings my set to: bass drum w/ double pedal; Sabian B8 hihats, Crash, and Ride; Stagg China; Jam Block; Tambourine; Cowbell; Snare; 2 mounted Toms; 2 floor Toms -Became an uncle -Saw the Watchmen movie. Better than I thought it'd be. -Tar Heels won the NCAA championship! -Hurricanes FINALLY made it back into the playoffs, so I'll stop being so mad at them all the time. I wanted 4th or 5th p

February vacation is coming up! As per usual, I'm going on a vacation with my father. For the last couple years, we've been going to various places in Italy/Sicily. This year we are going to take a more relaxing (English-speaking & non-car-avoiding) trip to Malta (a small island south of Sicily that has no relation to Malted Milk Balls) and London (the capital of that one island country that used to own us). I'll be back with a bunch of pictures, some of which will likely end up here. I get to miss a bit of school before I return home, but I'll also be missing track and I won't be drumming. I'm not too bothered, though. Awesome.
